I can offer a turnkey solution for selling property. Due to age, physical limitations or time constraints, clients frequently rely on me for packing and removal of unwanted items, relocation of occupants, pre-appraisal repairs, and many other tasks need to prepare the property for sale. Sellers living out-of-state typically have me execute the sale and closing without ever visiting the property. Probate can also be handled remotely with minimal involvement of the seller.

While ample resources exist for first-time home buyers, my goal is to satisfy the needs of first-time home SELLERS, many of whom have occupied their home for 40-50 years, or found themselves unexpectedly put in the role of executor, administrator or guardian.
